Demo: Resolve Faster
A fully fictional demo for talks and workshops. Lumen Ridge Outfitters, an invented online retailer, runs a program to cut customer-support resolution time without hurting quality. Its records are spread across the tools many teams actually use:
| Tool | What lives there |
|---|---|
| monday.com | Portfolio candidates and the executive status board, including a stale green status |
| Jira | Delivery backlog, test tracker, risks, and dependencies |
| GitHub | AIPM records (outcome agreements, decision briefs, experiment cards) as issue forms on a Project board |
| Documents | Status notes, a vendor email, a business case, and experiment results |
The data contains realistic tensions on purpose: contradictory status reports, a missing baseline, a scarce shared team, sunk-cost pressure, a failed experiment, and “savings” that are only released time. Each tension demonstrates one AIPM skill.
Everything you need is in the demo/ folder on GitHub:
README.md: setup for Jira Cloud Free, monday.com, and GitHub.scenario.md: the story, cast, and timeline.walkthrough.md: a 20-minute run of show, plus a prompt for each skill and what a good answer should notice.
All names, organizations, and numbers are synthetic.
