Using the app

You think of a question and tap SHAKE. There is no question-entry field, account, advertising, analytics, tracking, or third-party analytics SDK. Answers are generated on your device. The iOS app keeps the current answer only for the current app session; it does not maintain an answer history or upload answers.

If you choose to email support, Jeff Geissler receives your email address and whatever message or attachments you send. This information is used to respond to your request and troubleshoot problems. It is not used for advertising or sold. Email is handled through Outlook and the email providers involved in delivery.

Support correspondence may be retained to handle your request and related follow-up. To request deletion of support correspondence, contact scale.with.jeff@outlook.com. Please do not send sensitive personal information.
